Quick. Simple. Secure.
With only a few components, this system can be easily fixed directly into the trapezoidal profile sheet, to create a secure and simple mounting system for the solar panels.
Avoids heavy point loading.
With its low, continuous mounting rail profile, this system allows the weight and pressure of the solar panels to be distributed evenly across the roof, which helps to avoid heavy point loading that could otherwise damage and deform the trapezoidal profile.
1.1kN per screw.
Each stainless steel, self-drilling screw achieves 1.1kN minimum uplift resistance from 0.5mm steel. This means that fewer screws are needed within your project compared to similar products on the market.
It protects the existing roof covering.
We use EPDM to cushion the mounting rail against the roof, which creates a separation layer between the different materials and avoids any chemical reactions from occurring. With its 650kPA tensile strength and its high performance in resisting UV, we use the EPDM for a secondary purpose to provide a weatherproof seal around the fixings.
