Trapezoidal and corrugated profiles. It works for both.

It doesn’t matter if the roof is trapezoidal or corrugated in shape, our hanger bolts will work on both.

Creating a weatherproof seal.

Our hanger bolts have a pre-assembled washer made from UV resistant EPDM. During installation, the washer is pushed against the roofing sheet to properly seal the fixing hole. In addition to this, we supply saddle washers (sometimes called storm washers) with your system, to provide further weatherproofing and also to help steady the hanger bolt against the roof.

We're MCS 012 tested and approved.

We’re fully in support of the MCS 012 certification requirement on pitched roof mounting systems, which came into force in 2014 and since then we’ve followed every significant step to comply and give substance to the scheme.

Module Clamp XL.

Sunfixings Clamp XL fully assembled, Silver Mill Finish and Black Anodised are suitable for 32mm, 35mm, 40mm PV Module Thickness. For PV Module thickness beyond this range, Sunfixings offer alternative and complete Middle and End Clamp Mounting Solutions.

Making it easier with fewer roof fixings.

Each type of mounting rail that we offer has a different spanning capability according to its size and profile. We use this information in conjunction with other calculations to specify the most suitable mounting rail from our collection. We can even use a cross railing system, whereby there’s a primary base layer of rail with a secondary module rail layer applied over the top at right angles to each other. Not only does this help to strengthen the whole system but it also reduces the number of hanger bolts needed, saving you on material and installation time.

We can even make shallow roofs work by adding one of our elevation frames.

Quite often the solar panels need to be angled steeper than the existing roof can allow, whether this is for a better yield generation or to meet with planning requirements. Since we manufacture all our elevation frames in the UK, we can tailor them to any height or angle specification you require.
